摘　　要：科技创新人才是人才队伍中具有研发能力和创新作用的特殊群体,科技进步在很大程度上取决于其数量和质量。现阶段苏州科技工作取得了显著成效,总体上已在江苏省乃至全国处于领先地位,对于其它省市的科技创新人才工作无疑具有重要的借鉴和启示作用。在界定科技创新人才概念的基础上,深入分析了苏州市科技创新人才建设现状,用灰色GM(1,1)模型对苏州市科技人才供给量进行了预测,并提出了实现预测目标的政策建议,以便为科技人才政策制定提供决策参考。ST innovative talents are special groups,and their quantity and quality promote scientific and technological progress to a great extent.Now the st work of suzhou has taken a lead in Jiangsu province,and even in China,which will be a useful inspiration to other provinces and cities.This paper has given the definition of st innovative talents,and dicussed the construction of ST innovative talents.Then,it predicted the supply of Suzhou st innovative talents based on GM（1,1）,and put forward policy suggestions.
