2008—2009年口服抗高血压类药物应用分析

摘　　要：目的对我院抗高血压类药物的使用情况进行分析评价,为今后合理使用及管理抗高血压类药物提供依据。方法采用药物利用评价(DUR)方法,对我院2008—2009年应用抗高血压类药物的限定日剂量(DDD)、总用药金额、日用药金额(DDC)、用药频度(DDD s)等指标进行分析评价。结果DDD s排序靠前的药物是氨氯地平片、硝苯地平缓释片(Ⅱ)、贝那普利片等,销售金额排序靠前的药物是氨氯地平片、左旋氨氯地平片、贝那普利片、非洛地平缓释片、缬沙坦胶囊等。结论我院医生在选择抗高血压药物治疗时基本遵循了科学、安全、有效、适用、经济的原则,用药基本合理。Objective To evaluate and analyze the application of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital so as to provide basis for the rational use and management of drugs against hypertension. Methods Drug utlization review（DUR） was used to analyze the indexes of antihypertensive drugs data including define daily dose（DDD）,amount of total drug expense,daily drug cost（DDC） and DDDS,etc.between 2008 and 2009. Results The front sequenced DDDs were as follows： amlodipine,nifedipine extended release tablets（Ⅱ） and benazepril tablets,etc.The front orders of the amount of drug sales were amlodipine,levamlodipine,benazapril,felodipine extended release tablets and valsartan capsules,etc. Conclusion The doctors of our hospital followed scientific,safe and effective,applicable and economical principles in respect of the selection of antihypertensive medications,in accordance with rational drug choice and national basic principle of drug administration.
