摘 要:针对飞机金属结构裂纹实时监控的需求,提出了一种基于电位法原理的裂纹监测传感器的研究方案,并通过试验对方案的可行性进行了验证。试验表明,该传感器的设计方案是可行的;同时建立该传感器的有限元模型对其输出特性进行了仿真分析,得到了各监测点之间电位差随裂纹扩展的变化特征以及裂纹长度与电位差之间的关系,为该传感器的进一步研究及应用提供了参考。To monitor the crack of metallic structures in real-time, a design proposal of a sensor is pre- sented based on electric potential method and its feasibility is demonstrated by an experiment. Further- more, a finite element model of the sensor is built to analyze its output properties. Electric potential dif- ferences between measuring points, while cracks propagating, are obtained by the simulation. And the relationship between the crack length and the potential difference is acquired. Results provide a refer- ence for further research and application of the sensor.
