摘 要:制备了较高浓度的复方溴氯海因水溶液杀菌剂(FBCH)和复方二溴海因水溶液杀菌剂(FDBH),测定了不同助剂对卤代海因在水中溶解性的影响;研究了FBCH对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽的杀菌效果;测定了FDBH对金黄色葡萄球菌和SRB的杀菌效果及持效性;并对FBCH和FDBH对金属的腐蚀性进行考察。结果表明:复方卤代海因水溶液杀菌剂较适宜质量比是:卤代海因/A/B(增溶剂)为4∶3∶4,卤代海因最高溶解量可达100g/L,溶解度提高了50倍。40.40mg/LFBCH对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用20min,杀菌率达100.00%;78.10mg/LFBCH溶液对大肠杆菌作用45min,杀灭率可达99.76%以上;10mg/L左右的FDBH对金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min(0.08h),杀菌率就可达99.99%以上,且在16天以后,杀菌率仍保持100%;50mg/LFDBH和与十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)的复配混合杀菌剂1h的杀菌率超过99%且持效时间能达15d以上;1000mg/L的FDBH对不锈钢和铝无腐蚀,适宜工业应用。The water solution of high concentration bromochlorohydantoin (FBCH) and dibromohydantoin (FDBH) were prepared respectively. Influences of different additives on solubility of halogenated hydantoin were determined. The germicidal efficacy of FBCH for Bacillus var. niger and Escherichia coli. was tested. The germicidal persistence of FDBH for Staphylococcus aureus and sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) was investigated. The metal corrosiveness of FBCH and FDBH were studied. The results show that the optimal proportion of halogenated hydantoin to A and B is 4:3:4. The solubility of halogenated hydantoin increasing 50 times can grow up to 100mg/L. The germicidal ratio of 40.40 mg/L FBCH to Bacillus var. niger for 20min is 100%. The germicidal ratio of 78.10mg/L FBCH exposed to Escherichia coli. for 45min is 99.76%. The germicidal ratio of 10 mg/L FDBH exposed to Staphylo-coccus aureus for 5min is 99.99%, and can keep 100% after 16 days. Composite solution including 50mg/L FDBH and duodecimal alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride(1227) exposed to SRB can exceed 99% and keep 100% after 16 days. FDBH (1000 mg/L) has no corrosion of stainless steel and aluminum, and is useful to industrial application.
