摘 要:当地下水位较高时,地下车库等附属建筑物不得不对抗浮问题进行考虑,抗拔桩被越来越多地应用于工程中。本文针对目前抗拔桩设计中采用大桩径大桩长造成抗拔桩成本过高的问题,根据规范的设计方法,模拟工况,给出不同情况的抗拔桩设计方案,通过分析得出影响抗拔桩中受拉钢筋强度发挥水平及成本的因素,得到这些因素对抗拔桩中受拉钢筋强度发挥水平及成本影响的一般规律,并通过对算例的分析,结合实际情况,给出了合理的抗拔桩设计参数。The problem of the float-resistant for the subsidiary building such as basement garage should seriously be considered when the groundwater level is comparative high,and the uplift piles is increasingly used in this kind of project.To solve the problem of the excessive cost which is caused by using the piles with the long length and large diameter in the design of uplift piles,through the simulation of the working conditions with normal designing method,the general rules for the influencing factors of the costs and the exerting level of the strength of the tension reinforcement are obtained.Based on the actual situation and the analysis of some engineering examples,the reasonable design parameters for uplift piles are presented.
