摘  要:1Cr18Ni9Ti钢用途广泛,但其在清洗中存在腐蚀。采用深度腐蚀测试、电化学测试及金相观测,研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti在新型不锈钢清洗剂NAP中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:1Cr18Ni9Ti在50℃的NAP清洗剂中腐蚀非常轻微,深度腐蚀速率小于0.037mm/a,温度升高时腐蚀加快;NAP由HNO3和羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)复配而成,保留了优良的二次钝化特性和耐点蚀性能,甚至有一定的协同作用,1Cr18Ni9Ti在NAP溶液中的点蚀击穿电位高于在HEDP溶液和10%HNO3溶液中,抗点蚀能力进一步提高;1Cr18Ni9Ti在NAP清洗剂中的腐蚀很轻微,未发现点蚀和晶间腐蚀等局部腐蚀现象。The corrosion behavior of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in a novel cleaning agent NAP was investigated by depth corrosion measurement,electrochemical measurement and metallographic observation.It was found that the stainless steel experienced mi-nor corrosion in NAP at 50 ℃ with the annual corrosion depth to be less than 0.037 mm,but the corrosion was accelerated at in-creased temperature.The reason lay in that NAP formulated from HNO3 and HEDP retained good secondary passivation ability and pitting resistance,and even synergistic anticorrosion behavior.Thus 1Cr18Ni9Ti in NAP had higher pitting-induced breakdown potential than that in HEDP solution and in 10% HNO3 solution,showing increased pitting resistance.Moreover,lCrl8Ni9Ti in NAP cleaning agent was not liable to localized corrosion like in-tergranular corrosion.
