摘　　要：介绍了压力曲筛的结构、原理、性能及在锦纶-6切片生产中的使用状况,说明压力曲筛在切片脱水工序中发挥的作用。使用了压力曲筛后,脱水机运行负荷降低,省电,使用寿命延长,维修费用下降,切片表面含水量降低。This paper describes the structure, principles, performance of the pressure curved sieve and the application during polyamide-6 chip production. It is explained that pressure curved sieve plays a role in chip dehydration process, after using a pressure curved sieve, the operation load of dehydrated machine is reduced, life is longer, maintenance fee is down and water contents of chip surface is decreased.
