摘  要:从基础试验设施、基础技术研究和水压凿岩机系统综合特性的评估策略与方法等3个方面,总结了深部金属矿水压凿岩机关键技术的主要研究内容及进展。重点介绍了近几年基础试验设施建设及水压凿岩机基础技术研究方面所做的工作。指出水压凿岩机的材料选取及加工精度直接关系到设备的使用寿命,系统冲击机构的材料选取是当前该项应用技术发展及工业推广的瓶颈所在,性能良好、价格低廉的材料研发与选取应作为后续研究的重点攻关方向。The principal research work and present progress in the key technology of hydraulic drill for deep metal mining was summarized in terms of fundamental testing facilities,basic technical research and comprehensive features of hydraulic drilling system.The construction of fundamental facilities and basic technical research in recent years were specially introduced.It was concluded that the service life of hydraulic drill was directly depending on its material selection and machining precision,and material selection for the system impact mechine was the bottleneck for application and promotion of such technology in machinery industry.Selecting and developing a kind of material with good performances and low cost should be the focus of the follow-up research.
