摘　　要：介绍了Φ1 400 mm DR型双层甲醇合成塔内件工艺流程、催化剂还原过程。实际使用情况证明,该内件具有催化剂床层温差小、系统阻力小、操作稳定及调节方便等特点。A description is given of the internals in the Ф1 400 mm Type DR double-layer methanol converter： the process flow and reduction of the catalyst. Their actual use proves that the internals have the characteristics of small temperature difference between the catalyst beds, low resistance in the system, stability in operation and converience in regulation.
