摘　　要：提钛渣是采用氯化法从攀钢高钛高炉矿渣中提取钛后的废渣,细度模数0.53,真密度2963 kg/m3,含有大于3%的氯离子和10%的TiO2,结晶矿物成分较多,水化活性较低。经物理化学特性分析表明,可利用其替代粉煤灰和砂制砖,采用占总固体量12%左右的水泥,与18%～38%的提钛渣及45%左右的米石、其余采用黄砂复掺可以制备出M15强度等级免烧砖;采用4.3%的水泥及7.3%的石灰,与30%左右的提钛渣、50%的米石及10%的黄砂复掺可制备M10强度等级的蒸养砖。Titanium-extracted slag is a kind of waste slag after recovering titanium from Pangang BF slag by the method of chlorination,with the fineness modulus of 0.53,real density of 2963 kg/m^3, over 3% chloride ions and 10% TiO2, more crystalline minerals,and lower hydration activity. The physical and chemical characteristics analysis resuhs show that it can be used as alternative of lime and sand in making bricks,and M15 strength baking-free bricks can be produced with cement of around 12% of total solid volume, 18% to 38% titanium-extracted slag, around 45% gTanolithic,and yellow sand;while M10 strength autoclaved bricks can be produced with 4.3% cement,7.3% lime,around 30% titanium-extracted slag,50% granolithic and 10% yellow sand.
