摘　　要：目的了解湖南省实施国家扩大免疫规划后冷链设备实际需求量,为各级疾控机构配备冷链设备提供依据。方法根据国家相关技术规定,采用统一设计的调查表格,由各级疾控机构免疫规划专业人员进行专项调查、计算需求量。结果部分冷链设备陈旧、冷链容量少。结论湖南省冷链设备急需更新、扩容。Objective To know the actual demand of the cold-chain equipment in Hunan Province after enlarging the national immunization program,and to provide a basis for increasing the cold-chain equipment in disease control and prevention units.Methods A census form was made on the base of national relevant technical stipulations.The physicians working in this field in CDCs used the uniform sheets for collecting data and calculating the demand.Results A part of the cold-chain equipment was outmoded.The cold-chain volume was low.Conclusions The cold-chain equipment in Hunan Province is badly in need of replacement and increase.
