摘  要:针对现有轴承寿命强化试验加载系统存在的缺陷,设计可实现动态变载荷循环加载的液压加载系统。该系统采用一数字式微小流量阀实现匀速加载,详细介绍该微小流量阀的工作原理。分析相应加载方法并给出加载实例。试验结果表明:在保持接触疲劳失效机理一致的前提下,该轴承变载荷液压加载系统使试验时间有效缩短,试验成本降低,产品的开发周期缩短。To overcome the defection of the present bearing lifetime intensifying test loading system, a hydraulic loading system was designed to provide dynamic variable load which was loaded circularly. The working principle of a digital micro flow control valve was introduced, which was applied for loading gradually. The loading methods were analyzed, and the example was given. The ex- perimental results indicate that the testing time is shortened and the cost is reduced, the product development period is shortened under the condition of the same contact fatigue invalidation.
