摘　　要：为了提高棉针织物活性染料印花的前处理质量,根据不同印花针织坯布规格及加工要求,设计不同的印花前处理工艺路线,并详细介绍了其印花前处理工艺中的烧毛、丝光、平幅连续漂白、生物酶抛光等工艺的处方、工艺参数及所用设备。In order to improve the pretreatment quality of cotton knitted fabric in the reactive printing process,this paper designed different pretreatment routes according to different specification of printed knitted gay cloth and different processing requirements.In addition,this paper introduced the technological plans,parameters and the employed devices of singeing,mercerizing,open-width continuous bleaching,biological enzyme polishing technologies.
