摘  要:玻璃熔窑内的温度对产品质量起决定性的作用,合适的温度制度有利于玻璃质量的提高,能最大限度地节约燃料并延长熔窑寿命。熔窑空间温度容易测量和控制,熔窑内玻璃液的温度却很难实现实时检测,对于玻璃生产,玻璃液温度比熔窑空间温度更为重要。通过对熔窑内玻璃液温度的测量,探索熔窑内玻璃液在不同区域的温度特性。The glass quality depends on glass melt temperature in float glass tank furnace.Optimized temperature is benefit to glass quality,saving energy and lengthening the campaign of glass tank furnace.It is easy to measure the space temperature above the glass melt,however,it is very difficult to measure the temperature inside glass melt.As far as the glass quality is concerned,the temperature inside glass melt is more important than the space temperature.The temperature inside glass melt in a float furnace was measured and it was found out that the temperature grades were different depending on their located area.
