摘　　要：通过分析海洋浮标数据特点,利用地理信息系统技术对浮标数据的空间性和时间性进行耦合,以统一的方式对空间数据和属性数据进行管理,在此基础上设计并实现海洋浮标管理信息系统。该系统可以实现对浮标的多点、多路径、长时间序列的关联存储、条件检索和动态展现。通过应用实例证明了该系统的有效性与实用性。By analyzing the characteristics of oceanographic buoy data, this paper uses Geographic Information System（GIS） technology to couple spatiality and timeliness buoy data, and manages spatial attributes and property attributes in a uniform manner, based on which, oceanographic buoy management information system is designed and implemented, it can save related, search conditionally and display dynamically with multi-point, multi-path and long-time sequence of the buoy. The validity and practicability of the system are demonstrated by the application.
