摘 要:分析了以水为发泡剂的全水聚氨酯发泡成型工艺过程中水的加入量对泡沫塑料性质的影响。研究了异氰酸酯指数为105,聚醚多元醇官能度为4,羟值为480mgKOH/g时,发泡剂水加入量与泡沫塑料开孔率、力学性能、泡沫稳定性等性质的关系。结果表明,聚氨酯泡沫塑料随着水的加入量从1g增加到10g,泡沫体拉伸强度降低了30%,压缩强度降低了29%;泡孔直径由50μm~100μm增加到300μm~400μm;玻璃化转变温度由102℃上升到112℃。The effect of water content on the characteristics of water blown polyurethane foam was analyzed.When exponent of isocyanate is 105,function of polyether polyol is 4 and hydroxyl value of 480 mg KOH/g,the relationship of the open-structure cell rate,the qualities of power,the stability of foam and the dosage of water was studied.By using the advanced measurement,the affection of water content on the foam density was studied,the changes of the quality of the water blown polyurethane foam were analyzed.The new way of discussing the water blown polyurethane foam was developed.Research results show that with dosage of water from 1 g to 10 g,the tensile strength decreases by 30%,the compressive strength decreases by 29%,the diameter of cell increases from 50 μm~100 μm to 300 μm~400μm,the glass transition temperature increases from 102 ℃ to 112 ℃.
