摘 要:以α-溴代异丁酸乙酯为引发剂,采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)合成了分子量为500的聚丙烯酸丁酯。以N-甲基单乙醇胺作为亲核试剂,对带有活性溴端基的聚丙烯酸丁酯进行亲核取代反应,得到了一端带有羟基的聚丙烯酸丁酯。利用红外光谱仪、核磁共振谱仪、凝胶渗透色谱仪等对产物的结构进行表征。结果表明,成功合成了端羟基聚丙烯酸丁酯,且聚合物分子量可控,分子量分布窄(PDI=1.09)。Hydroxyl-terminated poly-butyl acrylate (PBA) of Mn^- 500 was prepared with atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) followed by a nucleophilic substitution reaction.ATRP of butyl acrylate was realized using ethyl α-bromoisobutyrate as an initiator to get the bromo-terminated PBA with M-n of 500.Hydroxyl-terminated poly-butyl acrylate was fabricated by the nucleophilic substitution of the bromo end group on the polymer chain with N-methylethanolamine at temperature of 90 ℃ for 8 hours.The hydroxyl-terminated PBA were characterized by infrared spectrometer(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR) and gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The results show that under the above condition,about 64% bromo end group is transferred to hydroxyl group.And no apparent changes appeared to the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of PBA after the modification.
