摘 要:用丙烯酸乙酯-丙烯酸共聚乳液对木质素进行处理,然后与聚氯乙烯共混,考察了共混试样的流变性能、热稳定性和力学性能,同时用扫描电子显微镜观察了共混试样的低温脆断表面形貌。木质素用丙烯酸酯共聚乳液处理后对共混试样的流变性能和热稳定性影响不大,其作用主要体现在力学性能方面,用1%的聚丙烯酸酯处理木质素后,其共混物具有最佳的力学性能。其冲击强度相对于聚氯乙烯空白试样可提高45.9%,而拉伸性能损失较小。共混试样低温脆断表面的扫描电子显微图片表明,聚丙烯酸酯可以较好地改善木质素与聚氯乙烯之间的相容性。Lignin was treated with emulsion of polyacrylate and blended with polyvinyl chloride (PVC).The rheological property,thermal stability and mechanical performance of the blends were investigated.The fracture surface micrographs of the blend samples fractured at low temperature were obtained by scanning electron microscope (SEM).There is little influence on rheological property or thermal stability of the PVC blends with lignin treated with polyacrylate,but its mechanical performance increases obviously and it is optimal while the dosage of polyacrylate is 1% where impact strength of the blend is 45.9% higher than that of PVC control but it is not visibly different in its tensile strength with the control.That result from the better compatibility of the lignin treated with polyacrylate emulsion with PVC which is proved by the micrographs of the fracture surface of the blends.
