摘  要:根据某地气象参数,用样条函数插值法对地表温度进行拟合,将其作为动态边界条件,用UDF(用户自定义函数)导入计算流体仿真软件进行沼气池散热的动态仿真及数值模拟。评价了有无保温及不同保温层厚度时的沼气池散热损失,从而确定该地区沼气池为维持一定发酵温度实际所需加热功率,为沼气池加热设计提供参考,同时,对不同地区不同气候条件下,提供了一种用于计算沼气池全年动态散热的方法,有助于太阳能辅助加热沼气系统的推广应用。The dynamic heat loss of biogas digester was simulated according to the given ground surface temperature. The ground surface temperature was compiled as UDF( User Define Function) by means of spiine interpolation and then given as the dynamic boundary condition of computational fluid dynamic (CFD) software. The different heat losses of biogas digester were evaluated at the conditions of with or without heat insulation and different heat insulation thickness. This will deter- mine the practical heating power needed to maintain certain fermentation temperature and provide design reference for biogas digesters in this area. Meanwhile, it could be used to obtain the dynamic heat loss for biogas digesters at different climate condition in different regions, which win help to the popularization and application of solar assisted biogas system.
