摘  要:目的:探讨双极等离子体电切系统对大鼠勃起神经造成热损伤后勃起功能的改变。方法:将10只大鼠分为2组,每组5只,其中一组大鼠用双极等离子体电切系统直接电凝双侧勃起神经,另一组大鼠用于前列腺外科包膜相似的组织垫附于双侧勃起神经上后,再用双极等离子体系统电凝相同部位,两组大鼠操作后饲养1个月,测量两组大鼠注射阿扑吗啡后的勃起情况。结果:直接电凝双侧勃起神经的大鼠组中的所有大鼠注射阿扑吗啡后均未出现勃起;而垫附前列腺外科包膜相似组织的大鼠组中,所有大鼠注射阿扑吗啡后均出现了勃起。结论:双极等离子体系统热穿透性差,对前列腺外科包膜外的勃起神经影响较小,几乎不影响正常的勃起功能。Objective.. To study the laparoscopic thermal damage of bipolar plasma cutting system in rats erectile function. Methods: 10 rats were divided into 2 groups with five rats each group. The rat in the first group was damaged on the erectile nerve of both side by bipolar endoscopic system at electric coagulation stage, the same as the rat of the another group but tissue density like prostatic araicula was put on the erectile nerve of both side. All the rats were raised for one month, when to cheek the erectile frequency after injection of apomorphine. Results; After injection of apomorphine no one rat in the first group has a erection, while rats in the second group all have erection. Conclusions:Bipolar plasma system heat penetration is limited, almost does not affect normal erectile function.
