摘  要:目的:观察小剂量X线照射对BALB/c小鼠T细胞亚群的影响。方法:小鼠按实验分组经直线加速器2和3 Gy X线照射,流式细胞仪动态测定T细胞亚群变化。结果:照射后,小鼠外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+细胞呈进行性降低,至第3、4周出现逐渐恢复迹象,4、5周后恢复正常。在同一时间,3 Gy较2 Gy照射所导致的细胞亚群降低的程度更为明显(P〈0.05)。结论:BALB/c小鼠经照射后T细胞亚群下降明显,4~5周后恢复正常。Objective:To explore the effect of irradiation with low-dose X-ray on T cell subsets of BALB/c mice.Methods:Mice were divided into three groups according to experimental design,and were irradiated with 2 Gy or 3 Gy with linear accelerator respectively.T cell subsets were detected by flow cytometry.Results:In merely irradiation group,the CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ cells in peripheral blood decreased progressively,began to recover gradually after 3 to 4 weeks,and recovered to normal level after 4 to 5 weeks.At the same time points,the reduction of T cell subsets in 3-Gy irradiation group was more obvious than that in 2-Gy irradiation group(P0.05).Conclusion:T cell subsets of BALB/c mice may reduce obviously after irradiation with low-dose X-ray and recover gradually after 4-5 weeks.
