摘　　要：目的:探讨脂肪间充质干细胞(ADMSCs)心肌内移植对兔心肌梗死后心功能及凋亡的影响及其机制。方法:结扎兔左前降支(LAD)制作急性心肌梗死(AMI)模型,同时将4,6-联脒-2-苯基吲哚(DAPI)标记的ADMSCs注射到梗死区,造模前及移植后4周超声心动图检测心功能,测量左室体重指数,缺口末端标记法(TUNEL)检测凋亡细胞并计数。结果:移植组可见标记的植入细胞,心功能较对照组明显改善,左室体重指数、凋亡指数均显著小于对照组。结论:脂肪间充质干细胞心肌内移植能减少兔心梗后心肌细胞凋亡、减轻左室重构,从而改善兔心肌梗死后心脏功能。Objective：To investigate the effect of adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells transplantation on heart function and myocardial cells apoptosis of rabbit models with myocardial infarction.Methods：The left anterior descending arteries（LAD） of rabbits were ligated to establish animal models of acute myocardial infarction（AMI）.The ADMSCs marked by 4,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole were transplanted into the infarcted areas of models.Before and 4 weeks after transplantation,ultrasoundcardiogram was performed to determine heart function.The left ventricle weight index was measured.The cell apoptosis was detected by TUNEL.Results：The apoptosis index and the left ventricle weight index reduced,and the heart function increased significantly in transplantation group.Conclusion：Transplanted ADMSCs can reduce apoptosis,relieve left ventricular remodeling and improve the heart function in rabbits with acute myocardial infarction.
