大鼠慢性前列腺炎与下尿路梗阻的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清中睾酮和雌二醇的比率与大鼠慢性前列腺炎的相关性,并研究早期前列腺炎能否引起下尿路梗阻。方法:成年SD大鼠(n=30)随机分为对照组和模型组各15只,对照组行假手术治疗后每日皮下注射花生油1.0 m l/kg;模型组去势后皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇(0.25 mg/kg)。1个月后,2组大鼠行尿流动力学检查,并检测血清中睾酮与雌二醇的比率。HE染色观察模型组和对照组前列腺组织病理学改变。结果:组织病理学检查发现,模型组前列腺炎症较对照组显著,血清睾酮和雌二醇的比率明显降低,但尿流动力学检查未见明显下尿路梗阻。结论:血清中睾酮和雌二醇的比率与大鼠前列腺炎的发生有关,大鼠慢性前列腺炎早期与尿路梗阻无明显相关性。Objective：To investigate the relationship of the serum testosterone/estradiol ratio with chronic prostatitis in rats,and to study the incidence of urinary tract obstruction caused by early prostatitis.Methods：Adult SD rats（n=30） were randomly divided into control group and model group.After sham surgery,the rats in control group were injected subcutaneously with peanut oil（1.0 ml/kg）.The rats in model group were injected subcutaneously with estradiol benzoate（0.25 mg/kg）.One month later,the urodynamic study was performed and the serum testosterone and estradiol were detected in both groups.The pathological changes of prostate tissue were observed with HE stain.Results：Compared with control group,pathological examination showed severer inflammation in prostate in model group,and the testosterone/estradiol ratio was significantly reduced.No obvious urinary tract obstruction was observed.Conclusion：The occurrence of prostatitis in rats may be related with the serum testosterone/estradiol ratio,and there is no relationship between the early-stage chronic prostatitis with the urinary tract obstruction.
