雅安市灾区项目县儿童预防接种信息系统现状调查

摘　　要：目的分析雅安市灾区项目县儿童预防接种信息管理系统建设现状,找出儿童预防接种信息系统建设工作的问题。方法采取现场观察和问卷调查综合收集相关资料。结果 75个接种单位有20个单位启动儿童预防接种信息系统建设,占调查单位的26.67%;75个接种单位中32个单位有儿童预防接种信息系统用计算机;除3个接种单位自筹经费外,其余72个单位均无工作经费;75个接种单位有儿童预防接种信息化管理人员102人,平均每个接种单位1.36名;78名人员儿童预防接种信息化客户端了解情况问卷得分为:60分以下人数占53.85%,60～80分之间的人数占15.38%,80分及以上人数占30.77%。结论雅安市儿童预防接种信息化系统建设工作发展不平衡,存在设备、经费、人员不足且信息化管理人员掌握相应知识不足等问题。Objective To analyze the current status of children immunization information management system construction and find out the problem in the construction in the project counties in quake-hit area in Ya＇an.Methods Field observation and questionnaire survey were performed to collect relative information.Results Among 75 vaccination spots,20 （26.67%） had started the construction of the information system,and 32 had computers.Except 3 vaccination spots with self prepared operation fee,72 had no operation fee.There 102 persons in charge of the management of information system in 75 vaccination spots with average number of 1.36 in each spot.Among 78 persons received questionnaire survey about the information system,53.85% of them got the score above 60,15.38% got the score from 60 to 80,and 30.77% got the score above 80.Conclusion The development of children immunization information management system varied in different area in Ya＇an,which lacked equipment,fund and qualified professionals.
