摘　　要：目的了解2009年四川省疾病预防控制中心犬伤门诊病例的流行病学特征。方法依据犬伤门诊记录,对就诊患者的年龄、性别、发病时间、暴露级别、伤口处理、疫苗接种和犬伤Ⅲ度暴露者狂犬免疫球蛋白的接种及伤人犬只情况等信息进行分析。结果 2009年共接诊5857例,咬伤人犬只的接种率为53.80%。就诊病例的年龄分布广泛,以20～29岁组和50～59岁组为多。全年各月份均有就诊者。犬伤暴露后,只有13.76%病例及时、正确地处理伤口。100%的犬伤暴露者进行了狂犬疫苗的注射。犬伤Ⅲ度暴露中,狂犬免疫球蛋白的使用仅为2.07%。结论犬伤人群在不断增加,应加强犬类动物的管理,加强宣传教育,提高人群防病意识,合理设置犬伤医学门诊,加大政府投入力度提供全程、免费接种服务,预防狂犬病的发生。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of the dog injury cases at the preventive medicine clinic of Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 2009.Methods The analysis on the age,sex,time to be bitten,exposure degree,wound treatment and vaccination of the dog injury cases as well as on the administration of rabies immune globulin （RIG） of the person with grade IIII exposure and dog vaccination were conducted according to the clinic record.Results A total of 5857 dog injury cases were treated in our clinic in 2009,the proportion of the cases in age groups of 20-29 years and 50-59 years was highest.There were dog injured persons seeking medical care all the year round.Only 13.76% of the cases received prompt and appropriate wound treatment,all the cases received rabies vaccination and only 2.07% of the cases with grade III exposure received RIG.The vaccination rate of the dogs attacking people was only 53.80%.Conclusions As the dog injury is in increase,it is necessary to strengthen the management of dogs,health education and increase government investment for the free rabies vaccination to prevent rabies.
