摘　　要：目的了解遂宁市碘缺乏病现状,为碘缺乏病防治工作提供依据。方法对遂宁市8～10岁儿童进行甲状腺肿大率、尿碘的抽样调查,并对与碘缺乏防治密切相关的碘盐进行采样分析。结果甲状腺肿大率为0.7%,尿碘中位数为224.3μg/L,碘盐覆盖率100%、合格碘盐食用率99.2%、碘盐合格率99.2%;盐碘抽样均值33.2μg/kg。结论遂宁市8～10岁儿童碘营养状况达到较为适宜水平,已接近实现消除碘缺乏病的目标。Objective To survey the prevalence of iodine deficiency disorder（IDD） among the children（aged 8-10 years） in Suining and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of IDD.Methods The goiter rate and the level of urinary iodine of children aged 8-10 years in Suning were surveyed and iodized salt samples were taken for analysis.Results The goiter rate was 0.7%,the urinary iodine median was 224.3 μg/L,and the coverage of iodized salt was 100%.The use rate of qualified iodized salt was 99.2%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 99.2% and the average content of iodine in salt was 33.2 μg/kg.Conclusion The survey indicated that the iodine nutritional status of children（aged 8-10 years） in Suining had reached a proper level and the goal of eliminating IDD could be reached soon.
