摘 要:目的建立居住区大气丙酮卫生检验方法 -毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法硅胶管采样,乙醇解吸,FFAP毛细管色谱柱分离,在最佳仪器条件下用气相色谱仪测定。结果丙酮在0~50.00μg/ml之间有良好的线性关系,相关系数0.9997。方法的检出限为0.073μg/ml,测定下限为0.27μg/ml。方法测定范围:当使用硅胶管采样9L,用1ml乙醇解吸样品时,丙酮的测定范围为0.22~5.56mg/m3。分别测定高、中、低3个浓度的样品,进行6次重复测定,相对标准偏差为1.0%~4.8%,解吸效率分别为98.78%,95.01%和95.97%。采样效率:当丙酮采样浓度为0.39和1.61mg/m3时,采样效率分别为97.10%和97.76%。居住区大气中可能与丙酮共存的苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、乙醇、苯乙烯、环己酮对测定无干扰。结论本法各项指标已达到中国疾病预防控制中心环境与健康相关产品安全所对《居住区大气中毒物检测的研制规范》的要求,具有快速、简便、分析成本低等特点,适用于居住区大气中丙酮的检测。ObjectiveTo establish a method of capillary column-gas chromatography for determination of acetone in residential area atmosphere.Methods After silica gel tube sampling and ethanol desorption,the samples were determined by FFAP capillary column-gas chromatography in the best instrument conditions.Results There was a good linear relationship for acetone between 0 μg/ml to 50.00 μg/ml and the correlation coefficient was 0.9997.The detection limit and lower limit’s measurement were 0.073 and 0.27 μg/ml.The determined range of the method was from 0.22 to 5.56 mg/m3 when sample(9 L) was collected by using the silica gel tube and absorbed with ethanol(1 ml).Three samples with high,medium and low concentration were determined for six times respectively,the relative standard deviation of precision were 1.0%-4.8%,and the recovery of each sample were 98.78%,95.01% and 95.97%.When the sampling concentration was 0.39 and 1.61mg/m3,the sampling efficiency were 97.10% and 97.76%.The materials coexisted with acetone in residential area atmosphere had no interference on the determination,such as benzene,toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate,trichlorethylene,tetrachloroethylene,ethanol,styrene and cyclohexanone.Conclusion The indicators of this method have reached the requirements of "Specification for poisonous substances testing in residential area atmosphere" developed by the Institute of Environment and Health Related Product Safety,Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.It is quick and accurate and with low detection limit,which is suitable for the determination of acetone in residential area atmosphere.
