摘 要:基于衍射光学原理的衍射元件(DOE)有着传统光学元件无法比拟的特点,其独特的色散性质有利于校正系统色差。通过理论分析得到衍射元件设计方法,并以此为基础设计仅含有两片锗透镜的红外成像系统。系统焦距达到300 mm,系统F数1.5,像高20 mm。设计结果表明,红外折射/衍射系统与传统红外系统比较,在要求的光谱范围内系统成像质量有明显提高。Compare with traditional optics, the Diffractive Optical Element (DOE) which base on the Diffractive Optics has some special states. And its unique dispersion is propitious to dispersion compensation In this paper, we get the design method of DOE by theoretic analysis, and design IR image system which just includes two pieces of Ge lens base on it. The focal length of this system is 300 mm, and the system F number is 1.5, image height is 20 mm. the result of this design indicate that, compare with traditional optical system, the image quality is largely improved within the required spectrum range.
