摘　　要：个性化是时代发展的趋势之一,住宅更是如此,作为人们精神家园的载体,它本应该反映不同人群特有的生活方式,直接表达屋主的生活,表现出个性化的形态。目前,我国住宅受到很多因素的制约,它的个性化程度总是有限的,而细部形态的处理则有更广阔的发展空间,将成为满足大多数人个性化需求的重要途径。本文通过对住宅细部设计的深入研究,以探讨住宅形态个性化实现的方式方法。Personalization is one of the trends in the development of the times,the development of housing as same.House is not only the place where the dweller＇s behaviors happen,but also people＇s spirit home,it should reflect the special life style of different group of people,and directly express the dweller＇s life,and express individualization housing form.At present,the development of housing individualization was limited by a number of domestic factors.So the detail design which will have to deal with the form of a broader room for development will be an important way to meet the needs of individualization.This article details the residential design in-depth study to explore patterns of residential personalized ways and means to achieve.
