摘　　要：该文介绍了高强度气体放电(HID)灯的各项性能指标与应用领域,并重点对其配套用电子镇流器的结构、原理,以及对比磁回路式镇流器所具备的特点予以阐述。The performance indices and the application field of high intensity discharge （HID） lamp are introduced in this paper. Furthermore, our elaboration will centre on the construct and the principle of electronic ballast which forming a complete lamp set, and on its features in comparison with the magnet-circuit type ballast.
