摘  要:[目的]深入研究甲醛的毒性作用,并探讨其作用机制及预防方法。[方法]通过查阅近20年来关于甲醛研究的文献,对甲醛的毒性作用以及预防方法行系统的总结。[结果]目前已知甲醛对除运动系统和内分泌系统的其他系统均有不同程度的毒害作用,一些方法可以很好的预防或者减轻甲醛的污染及对人体的毒性作用。[结论]甲醛作为一种生活中广泛存在的污染剂,且对人体多系统的毒性,预防甲醛污染至关重要,研究和开发一种简单的测量甲醛污染的仪器可能是以后这方面的研究方向且具有很好的经济价值。[Objective] In order to the in-depth study of the toxicity of formaldehyde,and explore its mechanism of action and methods of preventing its toxicity.[Methods] By reviewing the research literatures on formaldehyde in the past twenty years,we made a review on formaldehyde toxicity as well as its prevention.[Results] As well as we know,formaldehyde was toxic and had variable degrees of poisoning to the human system except the movement systems and the endocrine system.There were some good ways to prevent or reduce the formaldehyde pollution and toxic effects on the human body.[Conclusion] Formaldehyde is used as a widespread pollution of the agent and is toxic to the human body systems,the prevention of formaldehyde pollution is crucial.Research and development of a simple measurement of formaldehyde pollution equipment may be the future direction of research in this area and has splendid economic value.
