过敏性紫癜患儿血、尿β_2-MG检测及临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]通过检测过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿以及过敏性紫癜肾损伤患儿血清及尿液β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平,探讨早期诊断过敏性紫癜(HSP)肾损伤的敏感检测指标。[方法]采用病例对照的研究方法对过敏性紫癜患儿和健康查体儿童的血清及尿液β2-MG进行测定,分析不同组别儿童的β2-MG水平,结果均以均数±标准差(x±s)表示。应用SPSS12.0统计软件对数据进行分析处理,以P﹤0.05为差异有统计学意义。[结果]HSP患儿血清及尿液β2-MG水平高于对照组;有早发肾损伤组患儿血清及尿液β2-MG水平高于无肾损伤者;治疗前后患儿血清及尿液β2-MG水平比较差异有统计学意义;血清及尿液β2-MG检测结果与尿常规检测结果比较,优于尿常规。[结论]过敏性紫癜合并早期肾损伤患儿血清及尿液β2-MG水平高于无早期肾损伤者,经治疗后该指标水平下降,且优于尿常规检测结果。说明该指标可以作为早期肾损伤的诊断指标。[Objective] By detecting the level of β2-microglobuhn （β2-MG） in serum and urine of children with henoch schonlein purpura （HSP） and kidney damage, and explore the sensitive index to early diagnose the kidney damage. [Methods] By case-control study, we performed detection on the level of β2-microglobuhn （β2-MG） in the blood and urine between HSP and control groups. We analyzed the level of β2-microglobulin （β2-MG） of different groups. The results were expressed as x^- ±s. The data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 statistics software. P〈 0.05 are regarded as significant point. [Results] The level of β2-microglobulin （β2-MG） of case group was higher than that of control group. The levels of TGF-β1 and β2m of lISP in early damaged kidney were higher than those without damaged kidney. The level of β2-MG before treatment was higher than that af- ter treatment. The results of β2-MG were superior to unne routine. [ Conclusion ] The level of β2-MG of HSP in urine and serum of children with kidney damage was higher than children without early damage. After treatment, the indexes decreased. and were better than that of urine detection, and it also can be used for diagnostic index for early kidney damage.
