外周血造血干细胞动员采集138例临床分析

摘　　要：[目的]研究影响外周血干细胞动员以及采集因素。[方法]30例血液病患者予以化疗+粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)动员,12例健康供者以及96例糖尿病周围血管病患者予以G-CSF动员。使用Cobe Spectra血细胞分离机(美国Cobe公司)进行外周造血干细胞采集,对不同疾病、一般特征及供者的动员采集效果进行分析。[结果]所有患者均成功动员采集,健康供者采集所获得CD34+细胞数优于糖尿病周围血管病患者,具有统计学差异。供者性别,年龄对MNC数以及CD34+细胞数无影响,BMI、G-CSF的剂量与MNC数成正相关,TG、HbA1C以及LDL-C与CD34+细胞数呈负相关。无论是健康供者、糖尿病周围血管病患者以及恶性血液病患者,动员采集过程中不良反应较小。[结论]根据不同的疾病、性别、年龄、采用不同的动员采集方案,一般可以成功采集。[Objective] To investigate the influencing factors on the effect of mobilization and collection of peripheral hematopoietic stem cells.[Methods] The records of 138 persons（30 patients with malignant hemopathy,12 healthy donors and 96 patients of diabetic peripheral vascular disease） were retrospectively reviewed.CD34^＋ cell mobilization was done with chemotherapy granulocyte colony-stimulating factor（G-CSF） in the patients of malignant hemopathy and G-CSF alone in the healthy donors and the patients of diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Peripheral blood stem cells were harvested with Cobe Spectra.The result of mobilizatin and collection for different diseases,age,sex and donor was analyzed.[Results] All cases were successful in mobilization and collection.The result of CD34^＋ cell collection of the healthy donors was better than that of the patients of diabetic peripheral vascular disease,there was significant difference between the patients of diabetic peripheral vascular disease and the healthy donors.Sex and age of donors had no effect on MNC and CD 34^＋ cells collection.BMI and G-CSF dose was positively correlated with the MNC cell collection.TG and HbA1C and LDL-C was negatively correlated with CD34 ＋ cells collection.Adverse effect was little in the course.[Conclusion] It can successfully collect peripheral hematopoietic stem cells with different protocol according to different dieases,sex and age.
