摘  要:将木霉制剂作用于番茄根际土壤微生物,利用Biolog技术检测分析了FF微平板中95种碳源的利用程度,并根据24-192 h单孔平均颜色变化率(AWCD),分析了木霉菌对土壤微生物生理活性的影响,同时鉴定了供试土壤中的真菌种类.结果表明,木霉制剂可在番茄根际土壤中定置并生长繁殖,能有效抑制土壤中病原真菌(厚孢镰刀霉厚孢变种Fusariumchlamydosporum var. chlamydosporum,球孢枝孢霉Cladosporiumsphaerospermum,葡萄状单隔霉Ulocladiumbotrytis)的生长,降低土壤中有害生物的生理活性,改变土壤微生物循环,从而达到防治番茄土传病害的目的.The utilization level of 95 kinds of carbon sources in the FF-microplates were analyzed by the biological technique,when the tomato's rhizosphere soil was added Trichoderma preparation.Based on average well color development between 24 and 192 h,the biological activity of the soil microorganism were analyzed,and also the species of microorganism were identified.The results indicated that the Trichoderma preparation can survivor and propagate to restrain the growth of fungal pathogens(Fusarium chlamydosporum var.chlamydosporum,Cladosporium sphaerospermum and Ulocladium botrytis) and reduce the biological activity of harmful biology in the soil around roots of tomatoes,so it can be used to control the soil-borne diseases.
