摘  要:以三乙胺为模板剂,采用水热晶化方法合成了含钒磷酸铝分子筛(ZRF)。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、等离子发射光谱(ICP-AES)以及低温氮吸附(BET)的方法对ZRF分子筛进行详细的物化表征,并对其热稳定性和水热稳定性进行考察,以含硫VGO为原料对其催化脱硫性能进行评价。结果表明,ZRF分子筛具有AFI晶相结构,钒(V)形成有效键合并进入分子筛骨架;氧化钒(V2O5)含量在一定范围内可调,高于6%时会导致分子筛骨架结构的破坏;ZRF分子筛具有较高的热稳定性和水热稳定性;将ZRF分子筛与REHY分子筛混合使用,不影响后者的催化裂化活性,同时显示出降低汽油硫含量的作用。ZRF molecular sieve,a kind of AlPO4 molecular sieve with vanadium in the molecular sieve skeleton,was synthesized successfully through hydrothermal crystallization by using triethylamine as template.X-ray diffraction (XRD),X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and N2 adsorption-desorption measurement (BET) were employed to characterize the physicochemical properties of ZRF.The thermal and hydrothermal stabilities of ZRF were characterized by XRD.The gasoline desulfurization activity of ZRF was investigated with the sulfur-containing VGO as reaction feed.The results revealed that ZRF possessed AFI crystal structure and vanadium cooperated into the skeleton of molecular sieve.The content of V2O5 might be controlled easily and the structure of ZRF could be destroyed as the mass fraction of V2O5 reached 6%.ZRF possessed high thermal and hydrothermal stabilities.When the mixture of ZRF and REHY was used as the catalyst in catalytic cracking reaction,high crack activity as well as sulfur reduction properties could be still obtained.
