摘 要:目的通过60 d-6°头低位卧床(HDBR)实验模拟航天飞行环境的失重效应、隔离、限制等应激源,研究人体在长期模拟航天飞行环境下的情绪变化规律以及对抗失重影响的不同生理防护措施对受试者情绪的影响。方法21名男性受试者按照生理防护措施的不同,随机分为单纯卧床组、阻抗振动组和中药防护组,每组7人。在卧床前第7天、卧床中每周以及卧床后第7天和后3个月,对3组受试者重复使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和简式心境状态量表(POMS)进行12次心理测验;并在特定的日期采集晨起静脉血样,检测血中皮质醇等与情绪相关的激素含量。使用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行分析,用线图描述各指标的变化趋势,用重复测量方差分析,配对t检验方法对结果进行显著性检验。结果POMS中疲劳分量表以及皮质醇含量在不同时间差异有统计学意义;POMS中的抑郁、精力和自我分量表,以及SAS得分做峰值和谷值的配对t检验有统计学差异;阻抗振动组在POMS紧张分量表分值高于其它两组;线图可以看出卧床期间负性情绪波动从高-低-高-低的变化趋势,皮质醇波动趋势与情绪变化趋势基本一致。结论在60 d-6°头低位卧床模拟的航天飞行环境中,受试者负性情绪变化呈现高-低-高-低的变化趋势,变化的时间点与当前航天飞行中情绪变化的4阶段模型假设基本一致;皮质醇波动和情绪波动趋势基本一致;在卧床期间,阻抗振动组的POMS紧张分量表得分高于其他两组。Objective To study the law of human emotion status changes under simulated space flight environment and the influences of different countermeasures against weightlessness on subjects' mood state.Methods A 60 d-6°head-down bed rest experiment was proposed to simulate microgravity effects,isolation and confinement of space flight environment.Twenty one male subjects were equally divided into simple bed rest group,vibration resistance group and Chinese Medicine protection group randomly.Vibration resistance and Chinese Medicine were applied to anti-microgravity protection measures.All subjects were tested with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS) and brief profile of mood status(POMS) on the days,before(-7),during(3,10,17,24,31,38,45,52,59) and after(+7,and 3 months later) HDBR.The blood samples before subjects getting up in the morning on the days,before(-11),during(2,4,7,14,30,45,60) and after(+4,+10) HDBR were collected to detect emotion-related hormone cortisol.SPSS 17.0 were used to analyse statistics.The trends of all emotion scores and cortisol level were showed with line graphs.Paired t test and repeated measure progress were used in significant tests.Results Fatigue dimensions scores of POMS and cortisol level had significant differences at different time points;According to the results of paired-sample t test,depression,vigor and self-efficiency of POMS and SAS scores had significant differences on the selected days.The group factor had significant influences on tension of POMS.Tension scores of vibration resistance group were higher than that of the other two groups.A four-stage changing trend of mood was found from the line graph.Cortisol trend coincided with mood mainly.Conclusion Subjects' emotional states during 60 d-6°head-down bed rest experiment appear a high-low-high-low four-stage trend.This trend is similar to the emotion four stage changing hypothesis on spaceflight.Cortisol trend coincides with mood mainly.Tension scor
