复杂装备面向多约束多目标的物料替代技术研究

摘　　要：针对复杂装备在装配生产过程中由于任务变更而出现的物料替代问题牵涉到产品BOM、工艺BOM和计划BOM之间的物料需求协调,提出了面向多约束多目标的物料替代模型。同时根据物料的不同属性特征(设计特征、工艺特征和计划特征)作为物料替代的约束参数构建了不同物料替代件选择的替代算法,以实现产品之间的物料选择、匹配和替换,保证了在设计、工艺、任务变更、资源能力等装配约束环境下替代物料与产品需求的供求关系平衡。通过对资源进行动态调配管理,为企业生产过程提供了物料快速管理手段及决策依据,保证了企业敏捷生产所需的各种物料能够准时足额到位。Owing to material substitution between different activities involving in material requirements harmony among product BOM,process planning BOM and production planning BOM druring complex equipment production process,the model of material substitution is established with multi-constraint and multi-object.And according to material different attributes（design attributes,process attributes and planning attributes） as contain parameters of materials institution,an algorithm is designed to select part substitution to make materials selection,match and institution come true and ensure resources reasonable configuration and supply demand relation balance during the assemble process.By carrying out rearrangement on material resources,agile dynamic management methods and decision-making criterion are provided so that required materials are arrived sufficiently and timely.
