摘　　要：新"医改"方案提出要增设药事服务费,社会各界对此众说纷纭,莫衷一是,问题的核心是需要科学界定药事服务费的内涵。文章介绍并评价了目前几种主要的观点,并根据"医药分业"的背景和我国医疗卫生事业改革的特点提出了自己的观点。There are great disputes about dispensing fee in new health reform scheme. I thought the key is to define the dispensing fee scientifically. I introduced a few main viewpoints and expressed my viewpoint based on the background of ＂separating pharmacy and health industry＂ and the characteristic of health reform.
