HPLC法测定清肝化瘀合剂中异鼠李素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立清肝化瘀合剂中异鼠李素的含量测定的HPLC方法。方法采用高效液相色谱仪,使用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱（4.6×250mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液（50∶50）,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温为25℃。结果异鼠李素在0.825-13.2μg·mL^-1呈良好线性关系（r=0.9999）,异鼠李素平均加样回收率为100.30%,RSD为1.97%。结论该方法简便,快捷,准确度高,可用于清肝化瘀合剂中异鼠李素的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determine quantitatively isorhamnetin in Qingganhuayu mistura.METHODS The column was Hypersil ODS2（4.6×250mm,5μm）;the mobile phase was methanol-0.4%phosphoric acid solution（50∶50,V/V）;the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1;the detective wavelength was 360 nm;the column temperature was 25℃.RESULTS The linear range of isorhamnetin was 0.825～13.2μg·mL^-1（r=0.9999）,the average recovery was 100.30%,and RSD was 1.97%;CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be applied to the determination of isorhamnetin in qingganhuayu mistura.
