摘  要:目的建立麻杏口服液中绿原酸和黄芩苷含量的测定方法。方法色谱柱为Smmetry Shield RP C18,绿原酸、黄芩苷的流动相分别为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶8)、甲醇-水-冰醋酸(50∶50∶1),检测波长分别为327、274nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,进样量为20μL,柱温为25℃。结果绿原酸、黄芩苷进样量分别在0.1040mg(r=0.9998)、0.6240mg^6.240mg(r=0.9997)范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为96.4%(RSD=1.4%)、98.0%(RSD=1.1%)。结论本方法简便、准确,重现性、专属性好,可用于麻杏口服液的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the method of detecting chlorogenic acid and glucoside content in Maxing oral liquid.METHODS Chlorogenic acid and glycoside were measured by using Smmetry Shield RP C18 column,acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(13∶8) and methanol-water-glacial acetic acid(50∶50∶1) as mobile phrase,327 and 274 nm as detection wavelength,respectively,with a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1,injection volume of 20μL,and column temperature at 25℃.RESULTS There is a good linear relationship between peak area and the injection content,at 0.1040mg(r=0.9998) for chlorogenic acid and 0.6240mg~6.240mg(r=0.9997) for glycoside.The average recoveries were 96.4%(RSD=1.4%) for chlorogenic acid,and 98.0%(RSD=1.1%) for glycoside.CONCLUSION It is a simple,accurate,reproducible,and specific method for detecting chlorogenic acid and glucoside content in Maxing Koufuye,and can be used in quality control for Maxing oral liquid.
