摘 要:利用自行研制的光化学反应器对含有直接黑G染料的模拟印染废水的光降解进行实验教学设计。实验中针对模拟印染废水的紫外-催化氧化降解效率的主要影响因素进行了研究,重点探讨了催化剂、紫外光强、反应体系酸度等因素。结果表明,紫外-催化氧化技术可以有效降解模拟印染废水中的直接黑G,且降解效率与反应体系加入H2O2、紫外光强度、体系酸度密切相关。当反应体系中H2O2的浓度为0.138%时,其降解效率是未加H2O2的3.58倍;反应体系的紫外光强度越大,处理效果越好,其去除率与紫外光强度成正比;提高反应体系的酸度,有利于提高去除率。A didactical experiment was designed to treat simulated printing and dyeing wastewater prepared with the direct fast light black G by photochemical reactor. The main impact factors to degrade simulated printing and dyeing wastewater by photocatalytic oxidation were studied, including catalyzer, ultraviolet luminous intensity, acidity in the reaction system. The results show that the degradation of the direct fast light black G in simulated printing and dyeing wastewater can be done efficiently by ultraviolet photocatalytic oxidation, the degraded ratio is closely related to adding H2O2, ultraviolet luminous intensity or acidity in the reaction system. The degraded ratio in reaction system with 0. 138% H2O2 is 3.58 times that without H2O2. The degraded ratio is higher in the reaction system with higher ultraviolet luminous intensity and positively related to the ultraviolet luminous intensity. It is of benefit to increase removed ratio of the direct fast light black G in simulated printing and dyeing wastewater by increasing acidity in the reaction system.
