摘  要:目的:采用超声心动图二维成像与组织多普勒成像(TDI)技术探讨慢性饮酒大鼠的心脏结构与功能的改变。方法:将24只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(12只)和酒精组(12只),喂养16周后,应用彩色多普勒超声心动图二维成像与TDI技术测定两组大鼠心脏的结构与功能参数。结果:酒精组与对照组比较,心脏结构和收缩功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);二尖瓣E峰值降低、IVRT延长,二尖瓣内环TDI舒张早期速度Ea降低,舒张晚期速度Aa增高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对照组的Ea/Aa比值>1,而酒精组<1。结论:超声心动图二维成像与TDI技术为饮酒大鼠模型心脏结构和功能早期改变的评价提供了有效的方法。Objective: To determine cardiac structure and function of chronic alcohol-fed rats by color Doppler echocardiography and TDI technique. Methods: Twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly di- vided into 2 groups: control group (n=12) and alcohol group (n=12). After 16 weeks, echocardiography and TDI was used to evaluate the changes in cardiac structure and function. Results: No significant differences were found in cardiac structure and LV systolic function parameters between the alcohol and control group (P〉0.05). Mitral E and mitral annulus Ea were decreased, mitral annulus Aa was increased, and IVRT was prolonged in the alcohol group compared with the control group (P〈0.05). Ea/Aa ratio was greater than 1 in the control group and less than 1 in the alcohol group. Conclusion: Combined use of color Doppler echocardiography and TDI technique can be used as an essential tool to evaluate the preliminary changes of cardiac structure and function in chronic alcohol-fed rats.
