摘  要:目的:了解大港油田在职职工代谢综合征(MS)患病及流行病学特点,为代谢综合征的防治提供依据。方法:3269人入选分层随机抽样、现场横断面的调查。依据2004年中华医学会糖尿病分会诊断代谢综合征标准,对该人群进行MS有关指标的检测和统计。结果:大港油田20~60岁在职职工MS患病率为7.89%,男女性患病率分别为13.84%和2.26%,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);超重朋巴胖、高血压、血脂异常、高血糖患病率分别为38.48%、24.75%、20.19%、7.89%,男性患病率高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在代谢综合征的不同组分中,以“超重/肥胖+高血压+血脂异常”组患病率最高,为4.10%,与其他各组患病率差异均有统计学意义。结论:大港油田在职职工男性MS患病情况不容乐观,作为代谢综合征高危人群开展预防保健工作和干预的研究十分必要。Objective: To study the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of metabolic syndrome (MS) in active staff of Dagang oil field and provide a basis of prevention and treatment for MS. Methods: 3 269 persons were selected. The adopting stratified random sampling, the site of the crosssectional survey method were taken. On the basis of CDS on the standard of MS diagnosis in 2004 for the crowd on MS index was detected. Results: The morbidies in male and female were 13.84% morbidity of MS among the aged of 20-60 was 7.89%, the 2.26%; There was statistical difference between male and female (P〈0.05).The prevalence of overweight/obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, hyperglycosemia was 38.48%, 24.75%, 20.19%, 7.89%, the prevalence of male was higher than female, and it had significant difference between them (P〈0.05); In the kinds of MS, the prevalence of overweight+ hypertension+ dysfipidemia was the highest (4.10%).There were significant differences between this group and the other. Conclusion: The status of morbidity of MS among the male in active staff of Dagang oil field is far from optimistic. It suggests that investigations of preventive care and intervention for the high-risk group are extremely necessary.
