摘  要:概述了超低碳烘烤硬化(ULC-BH)钢的发展历史及研究现状。介绍了该钢的生产工艺,退火的作用,烘烤硬化现象及硬化机制,显微组织,力学性能,深冲性能等。指出了ULC-BH钢的微合金化及其研究的难点。简述了研究ULC-BH钢的新技术,如计算机模拟技术。最后展望了ULC-BH钢的发展趋势。The development history and current research of ultra-low carbon bake hardening (ULC-BH) steel were summarized. Production process, effect of annealing, phenomenon and mechanism of bake hardening, microstructures, mechanical properties, deep-drawing behavior and so on were introduced pertaining the ULC-BH steel. In addition, microalloying of ULC-BH steel and difficulty in the research were pointed out. A new technology such as computer simulation to research ULC-BH steel was briefly described as well. Finally, the development tendency of ULC-BH steel was forecast.
