摘  要:凸轮轴的凸轮经表面淬火后,采用酸蚀法进行淬火质量的无损检测。与传统的硬度法和锉刀法相比,酸蚀检测法具有快速、不损伤工件表面、不受工件形状和试验部位的限制等优点。酸蚀检测法的工作原理是,将稀硝酸喷射到待检工件表面,淬硬部位将变黑,据此即可鉴别表面淬火的质量。The cams of camshaft subjected to surface hardening were nondestructively pickled to detect the hardening result. The advantages of pickling test lies in high-speed, no damage to part surface and no limitation of the shape and the test position of part over conventional hardness test or file hardness test. The operating principle of pickling test is that when dilute nitric acid is sprayed upon part surface to be tested, the hardened surface will become black and accordingly the surface hardening effect can be distinguished.
