国内外海上试验场建设现状与比较分析

摘　　要：海上试验场是公益性科技支撑平台,是我国海洋观测、监测和调查仪器设备研发、海洋科学研究、实现科技兴海,促进高新科技成果转化及海洋可再生能源开发的重要试验平台。国外海洋发达国家对海上试验场的建设都投入了大量的资金和精力。而国内由于对试验场的建设起步较晚,虽然与海洋发达国家还有一定的差距,但也做出了许多工作。国外发达国家海洋科学与技术的先进水平,是与重视海洋科学技术观测和试验基地的建设密不可分的。文中将对国内外海上试验场建设现状予以概述,并进行比较分析。The maritime experimental field is a public good testing ground for scientific and technological support platform, which will become an important test platform for Chinese ocean observing, monitoring and investigation equipments development and marine scientific research. It is also be helpful to promote high-tech achievements transformation, marine renewable energy development and so on. The maritime experimental fields having been emphasized in some developed countries for many years. Ours falls behind of these testing grounds. An overview of the progress and comparative analysis is given.
