乳腺癌患者血清leptin、CRP、α_1-AT检测的临床意义及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨瘦素(leptin)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、α1-抗胰蛋白酶(α1-AT)在乳腺癌中的作用及相关性分析,为乳腺癌的早期诊断及癌症进展提供依据。方法:采用放射免疫分析检测血清leptin含量,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测79例乳腺癌病人及60例正常人血清中的CRP、α1-AT含量。结果:乳腺癌患者血清leptin、CRP、α1-AT均显著高于正常人组(P均<0.05),但三个指标之间并无相关性。结论:血清leptin、CRP、α1-AT在乳腺癌临床诊断及癌症进展中具有重要意义,各自发挥独立的生物学功能。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of serum leptin,C-reactive protein and alpha 1-antitrypsin（α1-AT）levels in patients with breast cancer.Methods Serum leptin（with radioimmunoassay）and CRP,α1-AT（with ELISA）levels were determined in 79 patients with breast cancer and 60 controls.Results Serum levels of leptin,CRP and α1-AT in breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those in the controls（all P0.05）.There were no significant correlations among the levels of these three parameters.Conclusion Serum leptin,CRP and α1-AT levels patients with breast cancer might be related with progression of the disease,each played independent biological roles.
