共聚甲基丙烯酸酯纤维的制备及其对甲苯的吸附性能

摘　　要：以甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸十二酯为单体,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯为潜交联剂,采用冻胶纺丝工艺制备了具有有机物吸附功能的共聚甲基丙烯酸酯纤维,研究了所制备纤维对含甲苯模拟废水的动态和静态吸附行为.结果表明:甲苯初始质量浓度一定时,纤维对甲苯的吸附效率随吸附时间的延长先提高后降低;在甲苯初始质量浓度为400 mg/L时,纤维的静态吸附率最大,纤维对甲苯废水的吸附行为符合Freundlich吸附等温式;纤维的动态吸附效率随吸附柱进水流速的增大而降低,最佳废水处理体积为250 mL.The copolymethacrylate fiber with absorptive function is prepared by gelation-spinning,using butyl methacylate（BMA）,lauryl methacrylate（LMA） as monomers and hydroethyl methacylate（HEMA） as potential crosslinking agent.The dynamic and static absorptive behavior of the fiber for toluene is also studied.The results show that the absorptive efficiency increases first and then decreases when the treated time is prolonged.The static absorptive efficiency reaches the maximum when the concentration is 400 mg/L,and the relationship between concentration and absorbency fits well with Freundlich equation.The dynamic absorptive efficiency decreases with the increase of water flow rate,and the proper waste water volume is 250 mL.
