摘　　要：输粉机是电站锅炉制粉系统的关键辅机设备,对保障锅炉的安全运行起着重要作用。介绍了郑州新力电力有限公司锅炉齿索输粉机在运行中故障频繁发生且出现维护费用高的问题,对锅炉齿索输粉机可靠性低的原因进行了分析,提出了改造方案,方案实施后,取得了较好效果。The pulverized coal conveyor is the key auxiliary equipment in boiler milling system of power plant,and it plays important role for boiler safe operation.The faults were occurred frequently in operation of the toothed rope pulverized coal conveyor of Zhengzhou Xinli Electric Power Corporation Limited,and the maintenance cost of the conveyor was higher.The reasons of the lower reliability of the boiler toothed rope pulverized coal conveyor were analyzed.A reformation scheme was put forward,and the better results were obtained after the scheme had been implemented.
