摘  要:采用休眠孢子囊萌发法,测定了不同温度下玉米褐斑病菌休眠孢子囊的萌发率及13种杀菌剂对其萌发的抑制作用。结果表明:休眠孢子囊的萌发温度为25℃~38℃,适宜萌发温度为25℃~35℃。代森锰锌对休眠孢子囊萌发的抑制作用显著高于其它药剂,其毒力(EC50)为100.00~112.17 mg/L,其次为恶霉灵和霜脲氰;戊唑醇、甲霜灵、腐霉利、丙环唑、咪鲜胺和苯醚甲环唑对休眠孢子囊萌发有一定的抑制作用;三唑酮、福美双、霜霉威和烯酰吗啉对休眠孢子囊萌发的抑制作用不明显。Inhibition of 13 Fungicides to germination of the resting sporangia of Physoderma maydis and under different temperature was tested by using the spore method.The results showed that the germination temperature of the resting sporangia of Physoderma maydis ranges from 20 ℃ to 38 ℃ in water,the temperature which from 25 ℃ to 35 ℃ was suitable for germination.The EC50 values of mancozeb was 100.00~112.17 mg/L and the inhibiting effect to germination of the resting sporangia of Physoderma maydis was better than other fungicides at testing temperature,secondly for hymexazol and cymoxanil,ymoxanil,hymexazol,procymidone,propiconazole,and difenoconazolee to the resting sporangia germination of Physoderma maydis has some Inhibitory effect,but triadimefon,thiram,propamocarb and dimethomorph had no inhibiting effect on the resting sporangia germination of Physoderma maydis under different temperature.
